From a vineyard facing the windmill that gives AOP Moulin-à-Vent its name, on sandy-clay soil, the grapes used to craft this wine give an almost black robe with complex aromas that go from black fruit to spice and floral.
The mothfeel is powerful, concentrated, balanced and long with lovely suave tannins that leave a more pronounced imprint than those in our Fleurie la Madone.

Set on the top of a rounded hill completely covered in vines, Chapelle de la Madone watches over our vineyards
The shallow granitic soil here is what makes these wines so singular; with notes of rose and peony, the mouthfeel is warm and full while remaining elegant and refined. The tannins are noticeable but silky.
